This is how it’s done

24 hour slow cooked pulled pork, Jim’s Ribs-48hr marinade rub, 8hr cook. Sourdough cornbread made with Jim’s Chesapeake Bay Starter. Jerk chicken made with home made Jerk paste and pepper stuffed. Jim uses a select mix of woods for cooking the various menu items. Woods include Cherry, red oak, white oak, apple, hickory, maple and pecan. All sauces are home made daily.
