MENU 

Everything at Jim’s Bar B-Q is homemade, from the 16 hr smoked pulled pork, sourdough corn muffins, to even each and every one of our homemade sauces. Everything is fresh and made daily. This also means that at times we may run out of certain items, and we try to make substitutions as best we can.  All of our meat selections are slow-smoked with Jim’s secret mix of woods including pecan, maple, white oak apple, hickory and cherry.

1)      Medium BBQ Sandwich $7

3)       Large BBQ Boat with chips and slaw $10

4)      Ships Ribs with chips and slaw $12

Entree 

5)      The Pitmaster Special $26 Family style, serves two or more

The Pitmaster is a sampler of all smoked BBQ prepared by JBBQ. Includes: SmokedCaribbeanjerk chicken, 16 hour smoked pulled pork BBQ, Ships ribs, smoked beer brats. Served with Baugh Slaw, Baugh Beans (hot) and Jim’s sourdough cornbread.

  • Pitmaster Family Special for five, $50
  • Pitmaster Muffuletta Challege!!! $100

Includes 3 jerk chicken quarters, 2 pounds of JBBQ, 1 large muffuleta, 3 sausages, 2 racks of ribs, bowl of beans, bowl of Baugh Slaw, 6 cornbread.

One person eat the entire meal in on hour, it’s free! 

6)      Ships Ribs $23 Family Style, serves two

Hand trimmedSt Louisstyle cut ribs marinated in Jim’s secret rub for two days in the galley, then smoked with a mix of cherry, pecan, maple apple and white oak wood for six hours. Served with pulled pork, sourdough cornbread, Baugh Slaw, & Baugh Beans. 

7) Pirate Plate $17

This combo plate includes our famous pulled pork BBQ,Caribbeanjerk chicken leg quarter and a smoked beer brat. Sides are Baugh Beans, sourdough cornbread, and Baugh Slaw. 

8)      Pig and Poultry $14

This is one of my fav’s. Pulled pork BBQ with smokedCaribbeanjerk chicken leg quarter. Baugh Slaw, Baugh Beans, and sourdough cornbread. 

9) Pig and Corn $12

This delicious plate is simply a generous serving of smoked pulled pork BBQ, sourdough cornbread, Baugh Beans and Baugh Slaw. 

10)   Jim’s Bluegrass Special $10

One large BBQ sandwich and one cold Rolling Rock beer. 

11) Child B-Q $7

Small BBQ sandwich with chips, taffy and toy!! 

12) The Virginia North Carolina Border Special $6

Baugh Beans heaped on top of a sourdough corn muffins 

Dessert $5

13) Jim’s root beer ice cream float. Delicious vanilla ice cream served in a chilled beer glass with A & W Root beer topped with whipped cream and a cherry. The PERFECT after BBQ dinner desert YUUUUUM!!

Jim’s Homemade BBQ sauces

Ruthie Red: Jim’s house tomato base \ vinegar BBQ sauce. Lightly hot

Hot Ruthie Red: Same as above, but HOT!!!!!

Sweet Baby Casey: Sweet mustard, honey, vinegar, BBQ sauce

Smokin Jim: A Kansas City smoky sauce with a hint of sweetness

**Tabasco Habanera, Jalapeno, and Texas Pete sauce is also available upon request
